Dr. Ana & Dr. Boutros are amazing. Great bedside manner and address all your needs & concerns. The issue is the office staff. They overbook and there is always an insane wait. They also are rude and do not respond to requests in a timely manner. Having to wait almost a month for a medication authorization is not a standard practice but is how they deal with patients. The phone lines are always busy, they don't respond to text messages, and take longer than their promised 48hrs to get back to you via their portal. The medical service from the doctors is great but the office staff and lack of professionalism caused me to switch doctors after almost 9 years.

I had my first visit recently with Dr. Boutros and I found him to be very personable. I was nervous starting with a new doctor for me but he put me at ease immediately. He was very easy to talk to and he really listened to what I had to say. Very good experience. Will see him again in 3 months, glad he's my new PCP!

I always hate going to new doctors. It's awkward but this was different. Good appointment. The doctor actually say down and listened to every thing I had to say. He took into account all my symptoms and my concerns and family history. Really impressed he didn't interrupt and is working om a plan for those concerns

I have gone to see Dr. Boutros for the first time on 12/8/22 and he was such an incredible, patient, and thorough doctor that the whole experience was breadth of fresh air. He was very attentive to listen to my whole story and gave me suggestions and advice. Not a lot of doctors understand where you are coming from but, he genuinely cared and was concerned about my issue and wanted to help. Also, the visit was quick and easy and I was out of there in 15-20min. One of the best doctors I have met! I highly recommend him!
