Dr. Ana & Dr. Boutros are amazing. Great bedside manner and address all your needs & concerns. The issue is the office staff. They overbook and there is always an insane wait. They also are rude and do not respond to requests in a timely manner. Having to wait almost a month for a medication authorization is not a standard practice but is how they deal with patients. The phone lines are always busy, they don't respond to text messages, and take longer than their promised 48hrs to get back to you via their portal. The medical service from the doctors is great but the office staff and lack of professionalism caused me to switch doctors after almost 9 years.

I had my first visit recently with Dr. Boutros and I found him to be very personable. I was nervous starting with a new doctor for me but he put me at ease immediately. Doctor is fantastic and knowledgeable. Spends the necessary time and goes over everything thoroughly. Only complaint is getting multiple texts/emails/calls about the Covid-19 protocols. No one is even wearing a mask there anyway.
